Skillet Cookies (from the kitchen of Merrill Huiatt)
In a skillet on low, cook 1/2 c butter, 1 egg (beaten), 1 c chopped dates, 3/4 c sugar for 5 minutes or until thick.
Stir in 1/2 c chopped pecans and 1 tsp vanilla
Add 2 c Rice Krispies. Cool.
Shape into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar.
